Some of the "small print"

INCLUDED IN THE NIGHTLY RATE:

Deluxe accommodations, all gourmet meals, horsd'oevres, snacks, wake up tea and coffee, room service, high tea, local alcoholic (with an optional charge for drinks from the premiere list) and non-alcoholic beverages, house wine by the glass, all shared expeditions and activities, full same or next day laundry service, wireless internet in all rooms, taxes, entrance fees, local land and marine transfers and expert guides.

EXCLUDED:

Rates do "NOT" include in-country air transfer to and from the lodge, champagne, premium spirits, imported beers, and wines by the bottle. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit cards.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of confirmation, with full payment due 45 days in advance of arrival. Total amount is due within 7 days of confirmation if arrival date is less than 45 days from confirmation date. A full refund minus $60 USD handling fee will be made on cancellations 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60-45 days in advance, a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations 45 days or less, prior to arrival, no refund will be given. No refunds will be given for unused rooms, meals, excursions or tours for any reason whatsoever. Land cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

Christmas, New Year, President's and Easter weeks, a 5 night minimum package required.

CHILD POLICY:

Children ages 10-16 years of age are half price of adult package rate. Children must share accommodations with parent.
*CHILDREN IN OWN ROOM CHARGED AS ADULTS. Children 9 and older are welcome.
